Regular exercise is healthy and fun! For most people, physical activity should not pose any problems, however, all individuals are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning a fitness routine. Additionally, please stop exercising and consult your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following:
During exercise: Tightness or chest pain, severe breathlessness, lightheadedness, dizziness, loss of muscle control, nausea, vomiting, or pain
After exercise: Any of the above and over fatigue, inability to sleep, muscle or joint pain, muscle cramping, or back discomfort
