This is my first attempt at a "RAW" recorded workout. It's a pretty intense 45-minute cycling workout composed of a series of intervals that change pace and intensity. I recorded it while exercising on a stationary bike in the gym. The music is Electronica. It was fun to record. Comment on it to let me know what you think.
This is my first attempt at a "RAW" recorded workout, but this time the music is a harder hitting rock. It's the same intense 45-minute cycling workout composed of a series of intervals that change pace and intensity. I recorded it while exercising on a stationary bike in the gym.
This is a really basic abs workout for beginners. You can do it for a few weeks to get yourself ready for more intense workouts.
How to create your own MP3 recordings:
You can use any audio recording software you like that allows you to save your files as MP3’s. We have found Audacity to be one of our favorites since it runs on several operating systems and you can edit recordings with Audacity the same way you edit text with a word processor. Audacity can cut, copy, splice, and mix sounds together. Filters are included for removing noise from recordings and more.
Audacity is easy to learn quickly, and a full set of instructions including FAQ’s and tutorials is available here.
Once you have your workout ready to share with others, simply click “Add your own workouts here” at the top of this page and follow the instructions. Before you know it, you’ll be providing the motivation and inspiration that helps others achieve their fitness and performance goals.
Keep in mind that Podrenaline aggressively discourages copyright infringement. If you’d like to add background music to your workouts, make sure that you are allowed to use the music for free distribution. There is a great site called PodSafe Music Network that provides great background music for free. The artists at PodSafe encourage you to use their music for your workouts.
